SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

 

 

Delivery rules:

Singapore local deliveries: 2-4 days workdays – FREE OF CHARGE  (delivery delay expected due to coronavirus situation)

 

Orders made after 2pm from Monday to Thursday without holidays will send out in the next day.

We use tracked delivery. Please note Bellatrick is unable to deliver on Bank Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. Any order made after 2 pm on Friday, it will be sent out in the following Monday. (if  monday is not holiday).

Return policy  - Book a free retunrs pick-up (service available just in Singapore). 

You will have 2 workdays from receiving your order to return the item to us. We offer a free return pick-up in Singapore . Send us an email at sale@bellatrick.com or whatsapp us on +65 8116 0619 with the order confirmation number to book  your free returns pick-up. Goods must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. Bellatrick will not accept any responsability for items returned to us without a proof of purchase.

 

 

Processing your Refund

Once We has received your item we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process.
